What Youβll Do
- Deliver high-quality outpatient pulmonary care
- Provide inpatient consults and routine procedures (no critical care)
- See ~20 patients/day, with additional compensation for higher volumes
- Supervise 2+ Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
- Support and collaborate with a skilled care delivery team
- Maintain strong referral relationships with local primary care physicians
- Utilize cutting-edge technology to streamline care and improve outcomes

Location & Schedule
- In-person role, Monday to Friday
- Urgent need in Prescott, AZ, with additional roles in Macon, GA and Rock Hill, SC
- Flexible relocation timeline; 3β5 hires planned
- At least 3 weeks/month onsite required; 1 week/month locums optional
What We're Looking For
Qualifications:
- M.D. or D.O. with Pulmonology board certification
- 2β20 years of post-residency experience
- Strong communicator and passionate about outpatient care
- Willingness to supervise mid-level providers (e.g., NPs, PAs)
- Licensed or license-eligible in GA, AZ, or SC via Interstate Medical Licensure Compact
Nice to Have:
- Sleep medicine certification
- Experience working with tech-integrated care models
- Track record of collaborative care and leadership in a clinic setting
Not a Fit If:
- You are seeking critical care or ICU work
- You have 20+ years of experience or a history of malpractice claims
